Merv Plank
As CEO, Merv has had a progressive career in the construction industry as a sales and marketing professional. Prior to co-founding Alliance Wealth Builders, Inc., Merv served as President of a Two Hundred Fifty Million Dollar kitchen and bath manufacturing Company, headquartered in the State of Alabama.
Merv has been investing in cash flow real estate since the late 80’s on a part time basis, and has progressed over the last few years to working full time in the real estate investment business; helping private investors create long term wealth through investing in cash flow real estate in the Alabama market. His extensive experiences as a construction industry professional are now being applied to expanding the renovation and property management services offered by Alliance Wealth Builders, Inc.
Jennifer Brown
Jennifer is President and Co-owner of Alliance Wealth Builders, Inc. She is a graduate of The University of Alabama School of Business and brings over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Property Management, Loan Origination, and Accounting industries. Prior to Alliance Wealth Builders, Inc., she served as Managing Member of Supreme Restoration Group, LLC.
Jennifer has developed and managed over 600 home renovation projects. In addition to her construction management skills, she has extensive experience in residential property management; working with real estate investors to maximize their investment returns through effective tenant screening and additional property management cost reduction strategies.
